Learning in 3/4 Koalas
This week in Science, the 3/4 Koalas have been exploring how forces affect movement. We carried out an exciting experiment to see how the amount of force changes the distance objects can travel. Using a soccer ball, tennis ball and marble, students tested what happened when different amounts of push were applied. We discovered that the size and weight of an object, as well as how much force applied, can make a big difference to how far it moves. The students enjoyed predicting, testing, and recording their results. It was a fantastic hands-on way to see science in action!
